		<description>I just don't get the whole self-evaluation thing. Does management think you're actually going to tell them something they don't want to hear? I have a review in two weeks, and I'm rather irritated about it all.

I'm looking into attending a symposium in Davis right at the end of March. If it happens, there will definitely be a side trip to SF.</description>
