Don’t give up on the JayWalkers! My first try was with the smaller size and that didn’t even go over my foot, so I frogged and reknitted with 84 stitches instead (on 2.5 mm dpns)…I just finished them and they’re a bit hard to get over the ankle, but otherwise fit perfectly. And now I’m making another pair.

I had a lace project that was giving me severe headaches, I had gone so wrong, but kept plowing forward. After ripping it out, I felt do liberated.

And speaking of drinking, while writing this comment each time I typed “liberating” I mis-spelled it as liverating. Get it, liver – ating/drinking! LOL

Bigger needle size and same amount of stitches will produce a pair socks faster ;) .
